Note: An active Heyloha license is required to use the chatbot.
Without a license, the chatbot will not load.

This plugin connects to an external JavaScript file hosted at https://agent.heyloha.ai.

The script is necessary to embed the Heyloha AI Agent (chat assistant) into your website. It enables real-time communication between visitors and the Heyloha AI platform.

Data sent to the service:
– The configured brand ID is passed as a query parameter in the embed URL (e.g., ?brand=123).
– No personal user data is sent directly by the plugin, but the script may collect interaction data as per Heyloha’s privacy policy.

This service is provided by Heyloha (operated by INVESL B.V.).

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New.
2. Search for AI Chatbot for Heyloha and install the plugin.
3. Activate the plugin.
4. Go to Settings > AI Chatbot for Heyloha and enter your Brand ID.
5. The chatbot will be automatically injected on your site based on the configuration set in your Heyloha environment.
