Announce from the Dashboard

This plugin to show announce for per user roles.

For example add filter:

このプラグインは、ダッシュボードにお知らせを表示するプラグインです。
ユーザーの権限グループ別に、編集者のみへの表示、
投稿者と寄稿者と購読者のみに表示する設定もできます。

1. Upload the full directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Go to WP-Admin -> Settings -> Announcement settings for Dashboard to configure the plugin.
