Installation

  1. Unzip bikemap-speedometer-widget and upload the contained files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Add the sidebar widget

  1. Install the Bikemap Speedometer Widget widget through the ‘Design -> Widgets’ menu in WordPress

(Optional, for advanced users) Add `kilometerwidget` to a post or a page

  1. Type [kilometerwidget] into a post’s or a page’s body text.

(Optional, for advanced users) Add `kilometerwidget` to a template

  1. Enter <?php echo do_shortcode('[kilometerwidget]'); ?> into a suitable template file.
