• Data Sent and When:
  • When a user visits your website, their browser will load the chatbot interface directly from bossbotify.com via an iframe, if you have provided the chatbot ID in the plugin’s settings.
  • The interaction between the website visitor and the embedded chatbot is handled by the Boss Botify service. This is required for the AI to respond to end-user queries and to log the user data such as the user’s question and the AI’s reply.

1. Install the plugin from the wordpress plugin repository or upload the boss-botify plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
