Bulk Remove Users helps to hold clean your list of users.
Add in the plugin’s textarea a list of email of users registered commq separated, and bulk delete these users in one-click.
Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use the Settings->Bulk Remove Users to use the plugin

Does Exactly What it Says
This plugin is lightweight and removes subscribers ad expected. You can easily edit the php to use for woocomemrce customers or other roles too.
It times out the page with above about 3000 users on my server, but still cleared them out. It worked for 9000 users no problem.
