Guthrie

Be the author of your identity! Guthrie allows you to create and manage an online profile page. Send invitations and share your profile among all your trusted (or not so trusted) family, friends and associates, sharing only what you need with each one as you see fit. Every invitation sent contains a link to unlock your unique profile based on your relationship with them.

Why is this plugin called Guthrie?

It is named after Woody Guthrie a US folk singer who wrote ‘This land is Your Land’ among many other songs.

1. Create a folder named ‘guthrie’ in your wordpress plugins directory (usually ‘wp-contents/plugins’.)
2. Upload the contents of this repository to to the guthrie folder.
3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
4. Configure your profile and send invitations from Settings -> Guthrie.
5. Place [GUTHRIE] in your pages content to be replace with your profile.
   OR
   Navigate to the default profile or ‘My Guthrie’ page: [site-url]/?name=my-guthrie or [site-url]/my-guthrie
