Using the WordPress dashboard

1. Login to your wordpress
2. Go to Plugins
3. Select Add New
4. Search for IPLocationTools
5. Select Install
6. Select Install Now
7. Select Activate Plugin
8. Go to Widgets
9. Drag IPLocationTools to sidebar

Manual

1. Download and unzip the plugin
2. Upload the entire IPLocationTools/ directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
4. Go to Widgets
5. Drag IPLocationTools to sidebar
