Share-me is a simple social share plugin.
Share your posts on multiple Social Networks with different icons sets.
Share-me is able to deal with new icons sets added.
No ads no sniffing scripts… just a simple and a clean way to share posts! and its Responsive 🙂

You can choose :
Horizontal position Left/Right
Vertical position Before/After post
Icons size 16 px / 20 px / 32 px

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
You can disable SM auto display mode and use the shortCode {sm_getShareMe} for more customisation.

Can i add my own icons to the plugin?
Yes. Using an FTP client, navigate to the “iconset: folder under the wp-content/plugins/share-me/assets/images in your wordpress installation. Now Create a new folder for your custom iconset, naming it accordingly. Add your icons (.png format, preferably 32px x 32px size). Refresh. The new iconset will be appear in the themes selection in the plugin settings.
