3. Enter your Facebook Page URL and Twitter Handler in “Your Profile” Page. 1, 2, 3: You’re done!

Facebook and Twitter follow buttons are not showing ?

You need to enter your Facebook Page URL and Twitter username in “Your Profile” Page.
