Contact Form 7: Add to Page

This plugin is an add-on to the Contact Form 7 plugin.

With a drop-down menu of contact forms (previously created with the contact form 7 plugin), this plugin allows for
easily adding contact forms to specific pages by adding the form at the end of the content.

1. Edit the page you wish to add a contact form.
2. There is a drop-down menu in the right hand column
3. Choose a contact form from the drop-down and save the page

1. Upload the cf7-add-to-page folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin using the Plugins menu in WordPress
3. Create a new Contact Form 7 form.
4. Edit the page you wish to add the form to and select from the dropdown
