Search for “ChipBot” and select “Install Now”.
Activate the plugin when prompted.
Go to the ChipBot option in the menu on the left and finalize the setup.

Upload the ChipBot plugin directory into “/wp-content/plugins”.
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.

Great integration

I have to say, I was skeptical of Chipbot but it's a great way to add a "live chat" type widget to your site without actually having a live chat operator. Plus, great data to use to make educated content decisions.
