  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
  3. Go to Settings Kust.ai Widget and enter your widget ID.
  4. Get your widget ID from your Kust.ai dashboard.
  5. If WooCommerce is installed, you will see a new order status “In Exchange” available in the order status dropdown.
  6. That’s it! The widget will now appear on your site.
